Meet The Staff
Jennifer Kudlas - Executive Director
Jennifer has been with the White Oak family as the Director of the Dawsonville location since 2012. Prior to joining, Jennifer had over 11 years experience in early childcare development. During this time Jennifer spent time as a 4 year old teacher and quickly moved into a director position at a center in North Carolina. She transferred to Georgia and spent 6 years as the Director of a KinderCare facility. She has completed specialized training, has obtained a Director's Certificate from DECAL and her TCC. Most recently Jennifer was promoted to Executive Director over all the White Oak locations. Jennifer is married with 2 children of her own and 3 stepchildren. Outside of work, you'll usually find her at one of her husband's basketball games or on the lake. Her favorite aspect of White Oak Academy is having the opportunity to watch all the children around her grow.
Angie Carlisle -
Director Martin Road
Angie started with the White Oak family in 2007. Before moving into the Assistant Director position, she was the centers bus driver and sub for all classes. Prior to White Oak, Angie started her career in childcare as an in-home nanny to two young children for 6 years. Angie has two children of her own and has an Associates degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State University as well as her Director's Certificate from DECAL. Angie has been the Director at our Prominence Court location since 2017 and most recently accepted the role of Director at our Forsyth location. The greatest joy Angie receives from White Oak is watching the children grow through interaction with all of the staff and families.
Jessica Reid-Holgate -
Assistant Director Martin Road
Jessica was added to the White Oak family in 2014. She started her journey as an after school teacher and floater in all age groups before ultimately moving into a management position at the Prominence Court location. Jessica quickly realized that her passion for working with children had ignited and chose to pursue her education in the ECE field working towards an Associates degree. Most recently Jessica accepted a role of Assistant Director at the Forsyth location and became a certified on-site CPR trainer for all of the White Oak locations. Jessica is the eldest of 5 children, mother of 4 and aunt to 9 nieces and nephews. Being surrounded by children has always been a way of life. Jessica's favorite thing about being at White Oak is the family-like closeness not only with her fellow co-workers but with the children and their families as well.
Donna Corley -
Assistant Director Martin Road
Donna brings over 14 years of experience in education. Working in various capacities of the field. Her experience expands from teaching private kindergarten, special education and previous management roles. During this time she realized her passion lies in helping fellow teachers find the love of education, while facilitating them on their journey of teaching children. She is a mother of 3 children of her own and 2 step children. She holds a degree in Early Child Care Education. She is also currently enrolled and working towards completing her Bachelor's degree in the same field.
