Beyond the Bell

White Oak Learning Academy's Beyond the Bell program offers supplementary educational opportunities for school age children. Our program is specifically designed to bridge the gap between school and home and meet the educational, social, physical, and emotional needs of elementary students. During their time spent at Beyond the Bell students can choose from a variety of activities including:

• Completing homework with teacher assistance (if necessary)
• Burning energy on the playground or gym
• Eating a nutritious snack
• Participating in group activities and games
• Working on special projects
• Reading or just having "quiet time"
• Enjoying time with their friends

As in all our facilities, the teachers at Beyond the Bell are committed and caring professionals, with experience in elementary age students. They are screened with the same in-depth process our full-time employees undergo and participate in regular drug testing. CPR and first-aid training are also an integral part of our teacher preparation program, as well as continuing education opportunities.

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 2:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Early Release Days: 12:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Professional Development Days: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
